The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary of the City for the month of February.
The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes were as follows:

Dation of account and ratification of the Mayor 's Decree relating to the person in the contentious - administrative appeal that is processed in the Contentious - Administrative Court No. 3 of Murcia, Ordinary Procedure 382/2016, filed by D. José Soler Millán against the Plenary agreement Dated August 11, 2016, relating to the declaration of non-performance of the social function of the property relating to the expropriation of five shares of property in the Residential Building San Mateo located at Av. Juan Carlos I in Lorca.
Adopted unanimously.

Joint motion of the Popular and Socialist Municipal Groups on the VAT in the public service of the office shift.
Adopted unanimously.

Joint motion of the Popular, Socialist and Citizen Groups on the implementation of the negotiations within the framework of the mixed commission of transfers of the State to the Autonomous Community in the matter of management and management of the coast.
Approved by 21 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 against (UI).

Questions and answers.
Urgent motions:
1) The Socialist Group has tabled a motion of urgency on the Mediterranean corridor.
The urgency of the motion has been unanimously approved.
The result of the vote was 22 votes in favor (PP, PSOE and C's) and 3 against (UI).
2) The UI Group has submitted a motion of urgency on capital gains tax.
The urgency has been rejected by PP, PSOE and C'S (22):
3) The Municipal Groups of PP and IU have submitted motions related to the Presidency of the Regional Government.
The vote of urgency has resulted in the result of 24 votes in favor (PSOE, PP E IU) and 1 against (C'S).
The resolutions of the UI motion have been voted separately.
The 1st has been rejected with 13 votes against (PP), 11 in favor (PSOE and IU) and 1 abstention.
The 2nd was also rejected by 14 votes against (PP and C's), 3 in favor (IU) and 8 abstentions (PSOE).
The resolutions of the PP motion have been voted en bloc, and have been approved with 13 votes in favor (PP) and 12 against (PSOE, IU and C'S).
