Fourteen of the 25 unemployed participants in the '100x100 Activation' initiative of the SEF held in Lorca have managed to be hired after passing through the program, 56%, which represents the highest insertion rate of any of these groups (already Have developed six in the Region of Murcia during the last months).
The SEF's general director, Alejandro Zamora, accompanied by the councilor for Employment of the municipality, Lali Ibarra, visited the members of this group, who for the past hundred days have received the personalized guidance of a 'coach'.
The goal, said Alejandro Zamora, was "that these 25 participants gave one hundred percent of themselves to get a job, always from a team work, and the extraordinary figures of insertion demonstrate that this goal has been achieved" .
