The Spokesman of the Municipal Group of IU-V, Pedro Sosa, has appeared this morning before the media to give voice to the thousands of users of the Autovía del Mediterráneo as they pass through Lorca that daily pass through the tunnel of the same.

The worst thing, he maintains, is that these situations occur more often than by pure logic they would be understood as necessary and they do it for years, generating real problems in peak hours of entry and exit to work in companies in the environment.
The councilman of IU-V affirms that in certain hours the two options that have the workers and users of the motorway pass or to take the exit of San Antonio-The Vine, collapsed in many occasions until the rotunda of San Antonio, or to enter In a tunnel with retentions due to continuous maintenance works that we do not understand.
Sosa has advanced that the possible solution to these situations, which will raise in the Plenary of the City of Lorca, goes through two types of initiatives.
One first requires the intermediation of the City Council with the companies of the Polygon SAPRELORCA and others of the environment to study - and try - the establishment of working days with stepped outputs that avoid collapses in peak hours;
And the second to draw attention from the local administration to the Ministry of Public Works and those responsible for the conservation and maintenance of the state road network in order to know what happens to the tunnel of the highway in Lorca and address precisely, Urgent and definitive problems that may have to give a correct service to users.
