The Brotherhood of Labradors, Paso Azul, will offer next Sunday April 2 a complete agenda designed to enjoy these days prior to the celebration of Holy Week 2017.
The agenda will begin at 10 am with the Eucharistic celebration of the Septenary in honor of the Virgin of Sorrows.
It should be remembered that the Septena will begin on Thursday 30 and will continue until Wednesday, April 5, with all Masses at 8:00 pm, except Sunday.
At 11 o'clock, also in San Francisco, will be pronounced the First Youth Proclamation of the Holy Week of Lorca.
This is a pioneering initiative designed to highlight the role of youth in the celebration of our Holy Week, as it is done in other Spanish cities.
The Pregón de Juventud intends to rotate among the different Lorca cofradías, celebrating this inaugural edition at the initiative of the Blue Youth.
The first pregonera will be the very young blue Maria Albarracín Moya, member of the Commission of Horses of only 11 years.
At the conclusion of the Youth Proclamation, it will be the turn of the rehearsal of the throne of the Most Holy Christ.
Approximately at 11:45 will leave from San Francisco to perform a full tour of the streets of the center of Lorca.
But not only the morning will receive the blue activities.
And is that in the afternoon the War Theater will host the long awaited concert of the Mater Dolorosa Musical Group for the 75th Anniversary of the Virgin of Sorrows, which will begin at 8pm.
The tickets are on sale in the MASS with a cost of 5 euros the simple entrance and 10 euros the most disc.
In this recital, the Mater Dolorosa Musical Group will delight the audience with their most well-known marches, as well as interpreting new compositions destined to the Blessed Virgin of Sorrows, which will allow us to verify the level of excellence achieved by this great Association.
From the Blue Pass is encouraged to all mayordomos, associates and blue in general to participate in this lively agenda that will be the best prelude to the upcoming Holy Week.
