Sánchez Jódar regrets that the City of Lorca has not fallen in informing the citizens about the failures in the Single Ventanilla service, to avoid the displacements and long queues of the citizens who have been producing for days.
In addition, it again claims the installation of a second one-stop shop in the municipality.
The Vice-spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Marisol Sánchez Jódar has asked the council to expedite the solution of computer problems that, for days, prevents citizens from normal access to carry out their procedures through the Single Window Of the Autonomous Community in Lorca.
He assures that these problems, together with the fact that the City Council of Lorca has been "unable" to warn of this problem to the neighbors, has made that during the last days are taking place long waits and displacements of citizens until the dependencies in the headquarters of Urbanism .
The Socialist Group has today filed a complaint to give an account of this problem to the government team of the PP and demand that they adopt so many measures are necessary to restore the normal service of the Single Window of CARM "within the term As short as possible. "
The Socialist Vice-President has lamented that the City of Lorca has not fallen to provide enough and necessary information to try to avoid the movement and waiting of citizens at the doors of the headquarters of Urbanism, knowing the failures in the service.
In fact, he denounces that they have limited themselves to placing a "small poster" on the door of this office to report the temporary suspension of the telematic service.
On the other hand, Sánchez Jódar says that the problem of saturation experienced "almost daily" the "only window" that has the municipality of Lorca "could be avoided" if Lorca had at least a second office Which, says "by population and extension deserves and corresponds to Lorca."
As I denounced from the PSOE last year, through its Speaker Diego José Mateos, while in the neighboring municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, with an area of 144.8 km2 and a population of approximately 14,000 inhabitants, there are two of these offices, One in the urban area and another in the hamlet of Esparragal, in Lorca, with an extension of 1675 km2, 39 districts and more than 90,000 inhabitants, there is only one, located in the Complex of La Merced.
For this reason, in addition to requesting an expedited solution to the computer problems that have for some days prevented normal access to this benefit in Lorca, demand that the municipality be given a second one-stop shop.
As possible locations for this second office, the Socialists propose the Chamber of Commerce, entity that for years already hosted this service.
