The students of the 2 nd High School Research Center participated in the eighth edition of the Regional Congress held on April 25, 2017 in the Campus of Espinardo, organized by the University of Murcia and the Ministry of Education and Universities of the Autonomous Community.
The main objective of the Congress is to promote students' ability to reasonably elaborate, present and argue projects and research results;
Which made brilliant the eight students who presented communication;
Six in the form of "oral communications" and two in the "poster mode".
Of the eight prizes that the court awarded in this contest to oral communications, two were for our pupils:
José López Martínez, first prize in the area of ​​Health Sciences and Life to the project entitled "Alzheimer's disease: mirror therapy".
Directed by Dña Esther Sánchez Pérez and D. José Luis García Díaz.
Blanca Sánchez Ayala, second prize in the area of ​​Science and Technology at work "Cimatics, visualizing the sound".
Directed by Dña Esther Sánchez Pérez and Dña Encarna Fernández-Rufete Muñoz.
The prize consists of a Diploma accrediting this recognition and the publication of the work by the University of Murcia.
The most cordial congratulations from the faculty members of the Institute to these students who are a model for their deepening studies that will favor social progress due to their human sensitivity and scientific rigor.
