The Councilor for Youth of the City of Lorca, Agustín Llamas, participated this morning in the presentation of an activity framed within the Erasmus + project organized by Guadalentín Emprende together with Cazalla Intercultural.
This is the National Event on Recognition of Non-formal Education and Employability, which will take place on June 1 from 10 am in the Center of Entrepreneurs Initiatives of La Torrecilla.
The conference will present the results of the project "Trusted Badge Systems", a practical digital tool that helps to recognize the competencies obtained by young people through participation in non-formal education activities.
The tool has been developed for two years in cooperation with three partner countries of Spain: Lithuania, the Netherlands and Germany.
In addition, it has already been tested in more than 8 European countries.
In addition, the Youth Council will present the results of the first phase of the "Insignia" project of Non-Formal Education.
In the first part of the event, apart from the presentation of the Open Badge Systems for the European Voluntary Service, youth entrepreneurship, Youth Guarantee Plan and Youth Participation, there will be a space for dialogue between the different stakeholders In the process of employability of young people: companies, employment offices, oenegés and the young people themselves.
In the second part, practical workshops will be organized by Spanish and European experts on topics related to the Recognition of Non-formal Education, "Open Badges" for Youth Employment, Erasmus + Opportunities and Entrepreneurship and Employability of young people.
This National Event on Recognition of Non-Formal Education and Employability will be attended by representatives from all sectors involved: social agents, Human Resources managers of large companies, responsible for youth and employment, among others.
