Abellán denounced the mediocre management of the PP government team, buying now for more than 48,000 euros a property, that of the former police station, which the central government got free in 1949, by cession of the City of Lorca.

The second deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán has denounced the "negotiation pardilla" that this PP government team has demonstrated, after allowing the State to sell the former building of the police station to Lorca, after giving it to the Government of the Nation in 1949, and after transferring, again and for free, the plot for the construction of the new one in 2012.
Abellán recalled that the Local Government Board last July 27, 2012 agreed to cede "free of charge" and in favor of the Infrastructure and Equipment Management of State Security full ownership of the parcel currently occupied by the new police station, In Sutullena, of 1.670 m2 of surface.
After entering the new police station, the old building of Lope Gisbert street "fell into disuse".
