That is, only last year, the 13 councilors of the PP spent "out of budget" more than half a million euros (596,057.11 €), or what is the same, almost 100 million of the old pesetas.

According to Abellán, this new extrajudicial credit recognition has the "worrying warning" of municipal intervention services.

In a report, the controller of the City of Lorca warns the new Mayor and his councilors that "are breaking the legal procedure, which is a violation of the legal system."

So much so, he adds, that the intervener expressly expresses his "disagreement with the procedures followed" by the councilors of the PP, and warns them "to refrain in the future from carrying out irregular spending actions like this."
