Belén Pérez explained that "the first arrests took place around 1:00 am Saturday to Sunday, August 20, when members of the aforementioned units came to attend a notice of an incident of inconvenience in a hotel establishment of the Tello Street, located in the San Cristóbal neighborhood.As the Agents proceeded to identify the protagonists it turned out that one of them had an order to expel Spanish territory and two others were in an irregular situation in Spain, which is why they were arrested. The Councilor for Citizen Security added that "the second arrests took place at 5:30 am on the same day when members of the Local Police came to attend a notice for a fight on the Calle de Señor de la Penitencia. The agents found that the altercation came from an aggression for robbery with violence, after which two of the perpetrators were arrested.After the appropriate checks it was found that one of the perpetrators of the robbery had been ordered into prison, So that both detainees were transferred to police units for the investigation of proceedings. Similarly, the victim of the robbery was transferred to a medical center for their attention and subsequent denunciation of the facts. The detainees as the victim of the act are of Maghreb origin. "
