This report corroborates another already existing one of 2015 that placed to Lorca in the third position of poorer municipalities and that the PP discredited in its day to be elaborated by a private company.
For Peñas, the PP is the main responsible for this situation, because of its poor social policies at the regional level with continued "budgetary hacks" for social aid and without sufficient investment to reverse this serious social problem in centers, services and personnel.
