From the Government Team warns that pressing with a strike during the Fair is a method of coercion with which they will not get anything, besides being a threat not to the Consistory, but to all Lorca.

From the Government Team of the City of Lorca has wanted to answer the accusations made by the opposition about the situation of Limusa, accusations that almost come to the very call for strike presented by works councils.

In this sense, the Government Team reminds us that "the accusations that the company does not respect the regulations on remuneration is absolutely false.It is scrupulously complied with what is established by the legislation in force.When the Limusa is a public capital company 100% of the City of Lorca, its workers are considered labor personnel under the terms of a collective agreement, the agreement applicable to the section of interior cleaning is the regional sector that also includes own improvements that are only enjoyed in Lorca such as aids in dentures and glasses, to studies, including universities, etc. Evidently, the conditions of work or retribution of the officials of the Consistory can not be applied because the workers of Limusa are not. to reduce civil servants' salaries by 5% in 2010, it did not apply to

Limusa workers because they do not belong to the civil service, so it does not make sense to speak now in opposite terms.

In the successive General Budget Laws of the State from 2011 to 2015 it has been pointed out that "the salaries of the personnel at the service of the public sector will not be able to experience any increase with respect to the current one ... both those regarding staff numbers and the seniority of the same ".

By 2016, the increase of 1% actually applied was considered.

The company complies with current legislation with neatness and accuracy and so it is estimated up to 6 resolutory judgments that dismiss all the claims filed by the Company Committee on the wage freeze of antiquity from 2013 to 2016, issued by the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia , the Supreme Court, ... ".

In this sense, the Mayor recalled this morning that "Justice has not given them the reason and there are up to 6 sentences in these terms. Finally, as regards the criticism expressed by the opposition regarding the provision of machinery, facilities and personnel, the Government Team is reminded that "in the last 10 years 90% of the machinery has been replaced, acquiring new equipment that is more efficient and better for its users, the third vessel is being built at the Waste Management Center, which will become one of the national references in terms of recycling, in terms of personnel, between 2010 and 2017 there have been 24 selection processes that have allowed the creation of 30 jobs.This has been possible thanks to the reinvestment in the company of the benefits obtained by responsible management, something that until 2007, as Spain unfortunately knows, it did not happen.
