The tournament Intersport Zurano de Padel has reached ten and celebrated this event in the best possible way: offering a championship to match the growth of this tournament and the paddle in our municipality in the last decade.
Although it seems to take a lifetime, the paddle came to Lorca not so long ago and in its development has been fundamental the Intersport Tournament that has accommodated Lorca players and has brought to this city some of the best national players.
A total of 70 couples joined this celebration and during the days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday competed and lived in the Los Alamos Tennis Club;
and is that one of the signs of this tournament has been the good atmosphere, as it has consolidated as a meeting of athletes and fans throughout the Region of Murcia.
During the noon of Sunday the finals of the different categories were celebrated, with a great expectation on the part of the public who filled the stairs installed to be able to follow an indispensable match for the lovers of the paddle of the Southeast.
As for the winners, in the 1 st men's category the victory went to Jose Maria Mouliaá and Andrés Nicolás, resulting runners-up Lico and Álex Teruel.
In the 2 nd category, gold was for the pair formed by Claudio and Antonio Jesus, while the silver fell to Alberto and Marcos.
The victory in the 3rd was for Javi Ortega and Javi Robles, followed by Jacinto and Salva.
In the 4th category the winners were Jero and Rodriguez, beating Jorge and Marcos in the final.
In the 2nd female the winners were Noemi and Celia, leaving the pair formed by Noelia Teruel and Andres as finalists.
The medalist was present the Councilor for Sports of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, who congratulated the organizers for this great tournament that is one of the sporting milestones of the municipality of Lorca.
