The Sports Games of Guadalentín are synonymous with popular sport and within it we can not forget the activities in the aquatic environment in a city with as much tradition in swimming as Lorca.
That is why on Thursday the agenda of the Lorca Olympics brought a year plus the celebration of the Aquatic and Children's Aquatic Day with which large and small could join the healthy physical activity proposed by the Games.
This Thursday at 20 hours was held the activity in the pool of the Sports Complex Felipe VI, with the participation of 36 people.
Specifically there were 24 people who dived in the pool to enjoy the fitness under the direction of the Tere fitness monitor.
Aquaeróbic included several exercises with steps, corks or buoys, all animated by music.
Meanwhile, 13 children between 5 and 12 years old enjoyed the Children's Aquatic Day with which the youngest children can also join this popular event in the aquatic environment.
The monitors Sonia, Laura and Maria proposed various games and activities with which the young people enjoyed the afternoon.
