The Councilor for Emergencies of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, wanted to respond to the criticism this morning expressed by IU in relation to emergency plans to catastrophes with which the Consistory Lorca.

Bayonas has stressed that "no population of the Region of Murcia has a local Emergency Plan as SISMILOR is.
