The municipal group Citizens will raise a plea in the full Friday morning that is related to the acts in which this City Council is represented or in which it takes part: inaugurations, presentations, parties and celebrations, etc.

Antonio Meca explains that "the members of the Municipal Corporation are also representatives of citizens, not just the Government Team, and in many cases, the city hall or protocol service does not inform us of these acts to which we should attend by right own".

Citizens also believe that the protocol service of this City Council should report precisely this: the protocol to be followed by councilors who attend these acts, seeking a coherence and a unification in order to show a good image before the citizens.

Thus, the Councilman announces "we will beg in plenary to notify the Municipal Groups present in the City Hall of all those acts in which the Municipal Corporation must be present, indicating the protocol to follow on each occasion."

Likewise, and as already denounced a few days ago, the other request has to do with a building on Calle Santa Paula whose construction was paralyzed years ago leaving a flown structure of sheets at the height of the first floor and on the sidewalk a layer of concrete with an iron plate superimposed.

Because of the danger to the pedestrian that the metal overhang is broken by a blow of wind or accumulation of water, such as the falls that can cause the sidewalk in poor condition, "we are going to make a plea at the next September plenary session for that these structures are removed that pose a huge danger in a street so central and therefore very busy "explains the Councilman.

On the other hand, in the square of the Oval, in front of the famous White and Blue pastry, the pavement is seriously damaged, presenting a considerable slit that has already caused some fall to the passers-by and entails serious danger in an area also very busy.

This, together with the slippery slopes of the pavement, make this stretch of sidewalk a trap for citizens who walk daily through this central place.

Mecca recalls that "in the month of February we have already raised a plea in the ordinary plenary session, but we are obliged again to beg for repairs to the pavement deñado of Ovalo Square, thus avoiding the danger to the passers-by."
