The second deputy spokesman of the PSOE in Lorca, Isidro Abellán encourages the Councilor of Finance, Mr. Martinez Carrasco to be brave and tell the truth, instead of lying assuring that "have saved 500,000 euros of bank charges" and are supposed to be destined to "new projects and investments".

Abellán laments the new lie of the Councilman of Finance of the Popular Party, asserting that the 500,000 euros that Mr. Martínez Carrasco announced yesterday "are not thanks to his effort or the efficiency of resources, but corresponds to the amount that was intended to cover this year the loan of 10 million euros that the Ministry of Finance did not allow him to formalize because the accounts of the PP in this City Hall exceed the maximum limits established by law to be able to borrow.

Isidro Abellán also assures that not all that amount comes from expenses, interest and bank amortizations, but almost € 150,000 comes from other items that the PP has been charged, such as the 34,000 that cut in Citizen Participation, or the 110,000 deducted from the agreement with the Beach Volleyball Center.

Abellán also invites the Councilor of Finance to demonstrate what these "new projects and investments" are intended for these € 504,000.

The Socialist mayor says that Mr. Martinez Carrasco should say that most of the expenses "go to general expenses of the City and to inject money in various parties of the councils, because there are a few councilors who are, he says, a few" mantras " , which "have already been increased in May and now in September need more." Abellán says that of the € 504,000 could be considered as new projects or investment only 10% of the budget modification.
