Antonio Meca considers that "the municipal management of these car parks entrusted to the municipal company Limusa is very deficient, especially the one in the Orchard of La Rueda where an access control company is hired which is paid 72,771 euros when the total turnover of that parking is 38,864.80 euros. "
Limusa is only profitable with the services imposed on citizens such as garbage collection, the ORA or the municipal crane that are services that present surplus because the customers are obliged to use it and accept the abusive price charged to them.
However, the Councilman indicates that "those who are voluntary use for citizens such as these car parks, present losses for more than 23 million pesetas per year."
These data contrast with the constant propaganda of good management that makes the Government Team when it comes to Limusa.
Mecca proposes "alternatives of management and use of these car parks so that at least it does not cost us money to keep them open, making them profitable so that they do not mean a deterioration of the public coffers."
