Given the serious allegations made by IU against the livestock sector, the Councilor for Agriculture in the City of Lorca, Angel Mecca, has described this fact as "recklessness", and recalled that since the Municipal Consistory has been made everything possible to carry out in a consensual way a Pact for Conciliation in La Huerta.
In fact, a Conciliation Panel was set up for this purpose, whose work was materialized in a motion to the Plenary which, without justification, was rejected by IU, boycotting a pact that implied the modification of the General Plan, among other issues.
The Edil de Agricultura has appealed to sanity in the face of destructive speeches, referring to working for the Conciliación de la Huerta in the heart of the Presiding Board.
