Lorca socialists join the claims of the Bar Association of Lorca and ask for a court of support in the city of the sun, bring this benefit to the Lorca and serve to untangle the collapse of claims that has been generated by the bad idea of the Ministry to enable a single organ in Murcia to serve the entire Region
The councilor of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, María Antonia García Jiménez has again demanded that the Lorca judicial party has a court of support for the processing of claims for mortgage expenses and land clauses.
As they did in May 2017, the PSOE has again shown its rejection of the decision of the Ministry of Justice to install a single specific game for the entire region, based in Murcia.
Garcia Jimenez warns of the "serious collapse" that is being generated in the only court that exists for the processing of numerous claims of mortgage costs and land clauses.
María Antonia García calls for the distribution of workload among the different judicial parties in the Region of Murcia, to ease waiting times, he says, "are already advancing towards two years of delays."
In this way, the Socialists again add, as it can not be otherwise, to the just claims of the Lorca Bar Association.
The mayor insists that this decision of the Ministry has meant "a move away from justice with the justiciable."
The fact that there is only one body to cover the whole Region "is generating a collapse in the said uniprovincial Court" to the detriment of the agility of the proceedings.
A "real obstacle", he says, for the citizens of Lorca when it comes to accessing a judicial decision on that issue, especially for those who request legal aid, "most will end up giving up on their claim, for the difficulty and inconvenience, in times of waiting and travel expenses, which means having to do all these procedures in Murcia.
