This coincidence so curious has been confirmed by the financial ones to our requirement on the reasons that have led them to offer this particular vehicle and the coincidence with the other companies of their competence with the phrase "has to be that by the technical prescriptions published"
The facts described coincide with complaints from other dealers who are excluded by these procedures and can not show up to offer their vehicles.
What is exposed in this letter was already cause of annulment at our request, the procedure of acquisition or renting of four vehicles 4x2 for the Municipal Police, because it is aimed at the purchase of a particular make and model.

The councilman observes "a presumed guidance or assessment of a particular brand that could cause economic damage to the City Council for the basic principle of the contracting agency that is to get the best offer at the lowest price, and we have requested the challenge and annulment of the file 77/2017 for the provision of a double-cabin Pick-Up vehicle for hire to the Department of Civil Protection and Emergencies and the technical and optional specifications for the award of this vehicle.
