The Councilor for Youth of the City of Lorca, Agustín Llamas, reported that the Exchange Bank Textbook for the 2017/18 course that was taking place in the space enabled in building A of the University Campus of Lorca ended last 11 of October.
Agustín Llamas explained that "having completed the campaign of the Exchange of Textbooks for the current school year, from the Department of Youth we call for people who have left their books in it and, for any reason, have not yet been able to collect the payment of books sold or books deposited and unsold, to go to the Campus University of Lorca next week to pick them up.The opening hours will be from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ".
The Councilor for Youth has indicated that "this edition of the Bank of Textbook Exchange (BILT) has been promoted by this area of ​​municipal management and has organized the company El Molino Leisure and Leisure, in collaboration with the centers of Secondary and Primary of the municipality, as well as with the Federation of Fathers and Mothers of Lorca ".
The Book Bank functions essentially as an exchange of textbooks in which, although book transfers are accepted without consideration, it is given an economic value depending on the state in which they are (new, heavily used, broken covers ...).
This initiative aims to be able to reuse them and achieve savings in school expenses for Lorca families.
