They were promised lands that were not urbanizable, with the consequent and logical sense of "deception".
The current Municipal Administration solves the serious problem and tender for 147,000 euros the works to deliver these fully urbanized parcels.
The Councilor for Town Planning in the City of Lorca, Saturnina Martinez, has reported that the Municipal Consistory has held this week in the Property Registry of the city the effective registration of the plots in favor of 5 families of Zarzadilla de Totana which ceded to the municipality a series of plots in that hamlet to build a children's playground in exchange for others who, according to them, could be built.
However the reality is that the neighbors saw that, once the park was set up, this promise was being postponed, and they were "giving way".
Subsequently they found that the lands offered to them were not buildable, but were limited by different conditions, especially hydrographic, with the consequent and logical sense of "deception".
This is a matter of poor management and has been creeping since 2001.
The Edil de Urbanismo explained that these neighbors felt particularly disappointed by the City Council, a fact that they communicated to the current municipal administration in 2007. Once the matter was analyzed in detail and always with the aim of helping these citizens, the mechanisms for finding a satisfactory solution for all.
In that sense, the procedures were accelerated so that the necessary bureaucratic process reduced its duration to a minimum.
Thus, today we have approved in the Governing Board the tender of urbanization works that will be borne by the Consistory, which means that these neighbors will obtain land in conditions to be built in the place they wanted.
We are talking about a very good news that also entails the correct ordering of a field of 17,166.23 m2.
In concrete terms, each of the neighbors who ceded the aforementioned land to the Consistory receives a plot of 503.95 m2, with a building area of ​​220.8 m2.
In general, the surface that is ordered could house up to 24 houses.
It should be remembered that to carry out this solution, we have counted, among other documents, a hydrological-hydraulic study informed by the CHS, report of the General Directorate of Architecture, as well as the Environmental Planning and Evaluation Service.
The material execution budget of the partial plan is set at 360.504 euros.
This agreement also supposes that the suspension of the licensing in this area is eliminated.
The Edil de Urbanismo has detailed that the Project of Reparcelation approved definitively was sent to the Registry of Property to proceed to its correct registration, having received a second report on June 7, 2017, indicating a series of considerations that were resolved by agreement of Governing Board of June 29, 2017, referring again to the registration of the property.
The City Planning Council has also anticipated that the neighbors will get their respective parcels fully urbanized.
To this end, the contracting of the urbanization works corresponding to phase I of the urbanization works of the Partial Plan has been started.
This phase comprises the necessary works so that the parcels awarded to the assignors have the condition of solar and have a budget of 147,000 euros.
