The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of the City Council for the month of October.
The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes has been as follows:

Approval of minutes of previous sessions.
Approved unanimously.
2-.
Motion of the Deputy Mayor for Urban Planning regarding the resolution of the appeal for the restitution and ratification of the municipal appreciation sheet regarding the final approval of the expropriation project by the joint appraisal procedure and project of direct occupation of the land necessary for the execution of the sgv-6 roadway of the general communication plan of both banks of the Guadalentín River in the section comprised from the new roundabout of San Diego to the Huerto de la Rueda, (phase II).
Approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 against (IU).

Initial approval of the project of expropriation by the joint appraisal procedure of the necessary land to obtain a free space next to the church of Santiago, foreseen in the Special Plan of Protection and Integral Rehabilitation of sector II of the Artistic Historic Site of Lorca (PEPRI) .
Approved unanimously.
4-.
Final approval of the expropriation project by the joint appraisal procedure of the goods and rights for the obtaining of lands classified as a general system of E-2 equipment within the sector 4R of the PGMO for the implementation of the new logistics center of the municipal cleaning company of Lorca (LIMUSA SA).
Approved by 14 votes in favor (PP + C's), 8 against (PSOE) and 3 abstentions (IU).

Motion by the Deputy Mayor for Town Planning regarding the ratification of the municipal appreciation sheet of the expropriation project by the joint appraisal procedure of the lands necessary for the execution of the roundabout at the intersection of the RM-701 road with access to the Castle of Lorca that forms the sections II and III of the general road system SGV-4 of the PGMO of Lorca.
Approved by 21 votes in favor (PP + PSOE) and 3 abstentions (IU).

Appeal in the contentious-administrative appeal of the Contentious-Administrative Court of Murcia n ° 2 PO 211/2017 PA 000021 filed by Diego Sánchez Meca against the plenary agreement of March 27, 2017 regarding the definitive approval of the expropriation project by the joint appraisal procedure and project of direct occupation of the land necessary for the execution of the road SGV-6 of the general plan of communication of both banks of the Guadalentín river in the stretch included from the new roundabout of San Diego to the Huerto de la Rueda, (phase II).
Approved unanimously.

Motion by the Deputy Mayor Delegate for Economy and Finance to approve the Tax Ordinance Amendment Project for the year 2018. Approved by 13 votes in favor (PP) and 12 against (PSOE + IU + C's).

On commencement of the concession of the Gold Medal of the city.
Approved unanimously.

Motion on the denomination of several roads in deputations of the Municipal District of Lorca.
Approved unanimously.

Motion on denomination of a street in Sutullena de Lorca with the name of Alameda Domingo Sastre.
Approved unanimously.

Motion by the Mayor's Office for the adhesion of the City Council to the Code of Good Local Government of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.

Joint motion of the Popular, Socialist and Citizens Municipal Groups to support and support the State Security Forces and Bodies as guarantors of the rule of law.
Approved unanimously with 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 abstentions (IU).

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group on compliance with the plenary agreements in relation to the hamlet of Almendricos.
Approved unanimously after amendment presented by the PP.

Agreement 1, 2 and 3 approved by 24 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + IU) and 1 abstention (C's);
4th agreement rejected by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 in favor (PSOE + IU + C's);
5th agreement approved unanimously.

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group on the implementation of the Special Committee on Suggestions and Complaints.
Approved unanimously.

Motion of the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes on the maintenance plan for public roads and spaces and increase of maintenance personnel in the City of Lorca.
Agreement 1 and 2 rejected by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 votes in favor (PSOE + IU + C's);
3rd agreement approved unanimously after an amendment presented by the PP.

Motion of the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes on the secondary sector in Lorca.
