After the success obtained in last year's edition, a test of high hardness has been prepared, which this year also forms part of the First Ultra BXM Regional Championship.
The '100ypico' will visit some of the most spectacular places in the mountains of Lorca.
The Councilman of Sports of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, along with the Secretary of the Lorca Santiago Association, Roque Moya, and the head of security, Jesus David Martinez, presented this morning the 2nd March Ultra BXM the "100yPico" Lorca , which will be played next Sunday, November 12.
Juan Miguel Bayonas recalled that "after the success obtained in last year's edition, a test of high hardness has been prepared, which this year also forms part of the First Regional Championship Ultra BXM.The '100ypico' will tour some of the most Spectacular views of the Sierra Lorca, allowing you to enjoy one of the most beautiful areas of the municipality, with the aim of fulfilling a personal challenge, always respecting nature and other users of the mountain.
The Sports Councilor explained that "the route will have something more than 113 km, 2,300 meters of cumulative elevation difference and an IBP difficulty index of 162, which indicates that a high level of physical preparation is required and qualifies the hardness of the test is tough, so it can be a personal challenge for lovers of this exciting sport.The start and finish is planned from the Rambla de las Señoritas in the neighborhood of La Viña, at 8:30 am ".
On the other hand, from Lorca Santiago, they have indicated that "it is going to carry out a great deployment of means, both technical and personnel, with more than 75 people in the organization and 10 health and emergency vehicles, we hope to have about 300 participants and with the collaboration of the City of Lorca, the Department of Sports, the Emergency Services of the City Council and the Mountaineering Federation of the Region of Murcia ".

There will be trophies for the top 3 finishers in each category and for the local runners.
All participants who complete the tour within the schedule established by the organization, (which has a maximum time of 9.30 hours to do it), plus a diploma of participation and medal finisher.
As a novelty, highlight the incorporation of the category Ebike (electric bicycle), which will make the exit half an hour after the rest of participants.
