The General Director of Territorial Planning, Architecture and Housing, Laura Sandoval, announced today that the works of Escalante street in the Lorca neighborhood of San Cristóbal "enter its final stretch" and are expected to conclude next week.
The action consists of the complete renovation of the pavement of this street like that of Fray Pedro Soler, the replacement of the supply, sanitation and storm water networks, as well as the underground channeling of public lighting, the low voltage distribution network and telecommunications .
Laura Sandoval checked the works, about to end, accompanied by the councilor of Development, Angel Meca.
He recalled that the works cover a total area of ​​1,350 meters and have a budget of more than 239,000 euros, which the Community finances within the action plan developed in the city under the loan of the European Investment Bank (EIB), and they are executed by the city council Lorca.
