The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of the City Council for the month of November.
The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes has been as follows:

Approval of minutes of previous sessions.

On not holding full ordinary corresponding to the month of December.
Approved unanimously.

Declaration of breach of the social function of the property and initial approval of the expropriation for breach of the social function of two property shares located on a corner lot in Placeta de Alcolea, corner of Los Guiraos Street.
Approved unanimously.

Approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 against (IU).

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group on the current situation of the neighborhood of La Viña after the works of urban regeneration and for the start of works in Cristo Rey-La Salud.
The 1st, 2nd and 4th agreements were approved unanimously;
rejected point 3 by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 in favor (PSOE + IU + C's).

Motion by the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes to demand private companies to cover costs for the renewal of connections and improvement of the sewage and water, electricity, gas and telecommunications networks in the municipality of Lorca.
Rejected agreements 1, 2 and 3 by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 in favor (PSOE + IU + C's);
approved agreement 4 ° unanimously.

Motion of the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes on the ruinous situation of the Casa de Guevara in Lorca and the alternatives for its recovery.
