The second deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán has revealed a new example of the "torticera" way of managing the economy of Lorca that has the Popular Party of Lorca.

In its inspection work, the PSOE has detected that the Popular Party has returned, from the municipal coffers, 25,972.31 euros because several subsidies for employment courses "were not properly justified at the time."

In particular, the subsidies were destined for a course of auxiliary operations of assembly of electrotechnical installations and of telecommunications in buildings;

a course on assembly and repair of microcomputer systems;

an organic agriculture course, and an audiovisual equipment operator course.

Abellán says that having to return more than 15% (15.12% exactly) of a grant of more than 159,000 euros "is a lack of respect to all Lorca taxpayers who every day and with much effort pay their taxes to this town hall, so that the people who manage it get the most out of that money. "

Isidro Abellán says that in reality what this PP government team does is "deceive the citizens of Lorca" by telling them that they manage in a "wonderful" way, when in truth "they are not knowing how to carry out a good economic management of this Town Hall "and are dedicated to managing in a" very poor "way the money of all Lorca.

Abellán: "The suppression of the SEP will mean that more than 2,000 residents will stop benefiting from a discount that would save them some € 40,000 a year."

Abellán ensures that this return of public money is "shameful" and, even more, is that Lorca are aware precisely in these days in which more than 2,000 Lorca are receiving notifications from the City in which they are informed that it is terminated the Special Payment System by which all these Lorca taxpayers will stop benefiting from the 5% bonus to which they were entitled by paying in advance their Real Estate Taxes.
