The Consistory reminds that the schedule established to deposit the garbage in the containers enabled by Limusa is from 20:00 to 23:30 h, in order to keep the streets in good condition.
Failure to comply with this rule entails sanctions.
The Councilor for Citizen Security in the City of Lorca, María Belén Pérez, has reported that, within the actions that are carried out by the Local Police, plainclothes agents have formulated in recent days different complaints for depositing garbage outside the containers destined for that purpose or not to do it in the suitable form.
These are interventions that are part of the control campaign undertaken to ensure that the municipal road cleaning ordinance is complied with, penalizing behavioral and uncivil behaviors that litter our streets and squares.
La Edil de Seguridad has explained that the main origins of these infractions are, specifically, in depositing the garbage outside the containers and doing it in another time different from the one stipulated, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
The Department of Public Safety has intensified controls in this and other areas in order to raise awareness among the public of the need to respect the rules we have all given, and to reduce waste, making our city stay cleaner and cleaner.
The street cleaning ordinance includes in its different titles, prohibitions and punishable conducts such as throwing to the floor cigarette butts, chewing gum, spitting or performing physiological needs in public spaces, shaking garments or carpets, as well as not picking up excrements evacuated by animals of company on public roads.
