The councilor of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Andrea Periago has celebrated that the construction works of the House of Equality, on the street Cava, advance "finally" at a good pace, but warns the Popular Party that "they are late" .
The Socialist councilor recalls that since 2009, the Popular Party has paralyzed this project "vital" for the women's collectives of the municipality, and fundamental for the whole of Lorca society.
That is why the Socialists doubt the alleged commitment of the Popular Party to equality.
Remember that since 2009, the Popular Party has had the project, with funding and above all with the "historical" need of the associations and professionals involved.
However, he insists, the Popular Party has kept "paralyzed" this project, in "a clear example" of how they have relegated to a "sad and undeserved" third plane a "priority" council for the PSOE.
