The exconcejal of Economy and Property of the City council of Murcia Joaquin Moya-Angeler was mentioned to declare within the "Pokemon case" on the diligences in which it is investigated by up to twelve trips, some of them of luxury, that would have been paid to him over several years by the company Aguas de Barcelona (The AGBAR group, to which the company Tribugest and Hidrogea belong, this last concessionaire of water supply and management in Murcia).
On the other hand, in the investigative proceedings on numerous trips paid by Hidrogea to certain politicians and officials of the City of Cartagena, it has become clear that this company was running the cost of transport and accommodation to New York, Athens, Munich, Palma from Mallorca, Málaga, Madrid and Barcelona.
The most outstanding person in this investigation is Pilar Barreiro, ex-mayor of Cartagena and current senator.
Mecca stresses that the circumstance that "these trips have been paid to members of the same regional administration and politicians and leaders of the same political party, the PP, events that have ended up being charged to leaders of the Popular Party for alleged crimes of influence traffic and bribery ".
They are among others: Mrs. Pilar Barreiro Álvarez (Mayor of Cartagena) Mr. Agustín Guillén Marco (City Planning Councilor of Cartagena), Ms. Mª Ángeles Sánchez Palace (Health Minister) Mr. José Cabezos Navarro (Councilman of Cartagena City Council) , D. José Vicente Albadalejo Andreu (Councilor of Works in the City of Cartagena).
In addition to all these officials, Mr. José Albadalejo Guillén, who was a 10-year manager of the company Aguas de Lorca, was especially charged.
In the investigation proceedings ordered by Dña. Pilar de Lara Cifuentes, an e-mail informing the ex-mayor of Murcia Mr. Miguel Ángel Cámara and D, José Albadalejo Guillén, among others:
"For your knowledge inform you that for this season we will have the following boxes: Hercules de Alicante, Real Madrid, Barça, Spanish Do not forget also the existence of a box at the Liceo de Barcelona.
"Apparently it was common practice to put at the disposal of Aquagest managers these boxes so that in turn they offered political leaders with a supposed attempt of influence peddling", points out the mayor of Citizens.
The question to be formulated by Meca in the plenary session on Monday is very specific. "Do you know that members of this Corporation or earlier have traveled for free or attended these sports or musical events, charged to the concessionaire Aquagest-Hidrogea on pleasure trips? "
