The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of the City Council for the month of January.

The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes has been as follows:

1-.

Approval of minutes of previous sessions.

Approved unanimously.

2-.

Initial approval of modification n ° 69 non-structural PGMO, Lorca relative to the urban conditions of block 1 of the UA 55 of the General Plan.

Approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 abstentions (IU).

3-.

Dación of account of Decree of the Mayorship on redistribution of delegations on the occasion of the loss of a councilwoman.

4-.

Motion of the Municipal People's Group on support and defense of the reviewable permanent prison.

Approved by 13 votes in favor (PP), 11 against (PSOE + IU) and 1 abstention (C's).

5-.

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group to establish a public pension system with greater capacity for redistribution and reduction of inequalities.

Approved 1st agreement after amendment presented by PP by 14 votes in favor (PP + C's), 3 against (IU) and 8 abstentions (PSOE).

Approved 2nd agreement after amendment presented by PP by 14 votes in favor (PP + C's) and 11 abstentions (PSOE + IU).

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group to improve and maintain the infrastructures in the district of Cazalla.

Rejected the 1st agreement by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 in favor (PSOE + IU + C's).

Approved the 2nd agreement unanimously.

7-

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group for the immediate establishment and start-up of the Lorca Trade Show Institution (IFELOR).

Approved unanimously after agreement presented by PP (*** The text of the agreement *** is attached).

Motion of the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes on vandalism towards public property in Lorca.

Approved unanimously after amendment presented by PP.

9-.

Motion of the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes on municipal subsidies to collectives of Lorca.

Rejected by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 in favor (PSOE + IU + C's).

10-.

Motion by the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes for the construction of a new bridge over the Guadalentín riverbed to improve communications with the northern neighborhoods of the city.

Approved after an amendment presented by the PP.

Motion of the Municipal Group Citizens on the use of municipal vehicles outside working hours.

Rejected by 13 votes against (PP), 1 in favor (C's) and 11 abstentions (PSOE + IU).

12-.

Motion of the Municipal Group Citizens so that the brotherhoods of Holy Week are in charge of the management of sale of the seats of the stands in front of the presidency with total transparency.

Rejected the 1st agreement by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 in favor (PSOE + IU + C's).

Rejected the 2nd agreement by 13 votes against (PP), 1 vote in favor (C's) and 11 abstentions (PSOE + IU).

Motion of the Municipal Group Citizens requesting that the review of the procurement files be initiated in the purchase of vehicles and that the appropriate report be prepared.

Approved unanimously.

14-.

Questions and questions.
