The Councilor for Commerce in the City of Lorca, María del Carmen Ruiz, along with the President of the Regional Union of Merchants (UCCL), Antonio Martínez, have presented a new initiative to promote Lorca trade that will develop from this Wednesday, February 7, anticipating the celebration of February 14, Valentine's Day.
