The conclusions of the Infoparticipa project, come to reaffirm the complaint that, recently, made the PSOE on the lack of transparency that the Popular Party maintains on the municipal website and the rest of platforms and social networks of the City of Lorca
The City of Lorca is within 69% of the consistories of the Region of Murcia that "suspend" in matters of transparency.
This conclusion follows from the map Infoparticipa, a product of the Journalism and Communication Laboratory for Plural Citizenship (LPCCP) of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
The research, conducted by the Autonomous University of Barcelona in collaboration with the Faculty of Communication of the University of Murcia and the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia leaves the City of Lorca "very badly stopped" and shows the long road that remains to travel in the municipality of Lorca to advance in public transparency.
According to this observer, the Lorca City Council meets only 55.77% of the total indicators needed to be a 100% transparent municipality.
The study marks 75% as the minimum to approve, so the Lorca council is still "very far" from the approved.
The aforementioned study shows that the PP government team, therefore, that the City of Lorca suspended in transparency.
According to this study, the PP government team does not publish properly information on compliance with the objectives of budgetary stability and financial sustainability and / or the level of indebtedness;
the liquidation of the budgets of previous years and / or the general account does not appear as it does, refers to the study, the list and the remunerations of the managers and the positions of trust, their functions and their curriculum.
In terms of economic information, the City of Lorca does not publish properly the complete list of suppliers, contractors and / or contractors as well as the economic amount;
the average period of payment to suppliers or subsidies granted, as well as the respective calls and resolutions.
The publication of the agenda of the government team, for example, also "shines by its absence", along with other indicators that, according to the study, are not published with due clarity.
These conclusions come to reaffirm the complaint that the PSOE made a few weeks ago about the lack of transparency of the PP in Lorca.
Socialists are now wondering if the PP, in line with this news that shows that the PP suspends "manifestly" in transparency, thinks to respond, also on this occasion, ensuring that these data obey the "free time" that can enjoy the professionals of the Universities of Barcelona, Murcia and the FMRM to elaborate this study.
