Mateos celebrates the great step reached thanks to this initiative with which the PSOE has won the agreement of all the parties to advance in terms of solutions to the drought in our land.

The Secretary General of the PSOE, Diego José Mateos has shown his satisfaction because, thanks to the opposition led by the Socialist Parliamentary Group in Congress, the price of desalinated water will not exceed 30 cents per cubic meter.

"The subsidized profile is necessary for the irrigators, and in this way, there will be no limitation for them".

This is a very important step that the PSOE has taken in Congress, achieving the agreement of the political forces around solutions for the irrigators of Lorca and the Region of Murcia.

In support of farmers and ranchers and proposed by the Socialist Parliamentary Group, "has approved the creation of an Extraordinary Drought Fund endowed with 1,000 million euros."
