The Deputy of the PSOE in the Congress, Maria González Veracruz has returned to demand the pardon to the town of Puntas de Calnegre, whose situation of "legal indefinition" is maintained by the immobilism of Rajoy and the Popular Party.
The Socialists maintain their position to reform Law 2/2013 to include Puntas de Calnegre in the list of "similar characteristics" villages that were pardoned for not being demolished.
González Veracruz criticizes the Rajoy executive to keep "paralyzed" the solution to this problem that continues to generate so much uncertainty to the residents of the place.
This "legal uncertainty" maintained by the Government of Spain becomes a "sword of Damócles" because it could propitiate "at any time" the demolition of the houses.
The deputy warns that they are "too many years already" of "uncertainty and concern" for the residents of Puntas de Calnegre. "From the PSOE they still do not" settle "with not including Puntas de Calnegre at the time in the list of villages pardoned, when "it is evident that this pardon deserves as much or more than the 12 that were included".
So much is the commitment of the PSOE to give a definitive solution to the concern that drag the neighbors since 1975, that there have been many initiatives that during the last years the socialists have promoted for tranquility of its inhabitants in the different administrations.
In addition to promoting the modification of Law 2/2013 for the pardon of this town, they rely on "a plan B" for the conservation of Puntas de Calnegre ", through their request to initiate a new file of declaration of Interest Cultural of the Punta de Calnegre Village.
González Veracruz has registered a question to the Government to return to demand from Rajoy an "immediate" pronouncement that the PP "continues to avoid" as so many other issues to which a "totally paralyzed" government does not respond.
