Satur Martinez explained that currently, visits are made by municipal technicians at the request of citizens in order to complete the administrative requirements to justify the proper use of public aid received for this purpose.

Satur Martinez has indicated that citizens whose homes were damaged by earthquakes and received public assistance are going in greater numbers during the last weeks to the Reconstruction office, where they receive detailed and expert information on their particular case.
We encourage all citizens who present incidents related to earthquakes to attend the services that are made available to the Municipal Council at their full disposal with the aim of advising them on everything necessary.
Among other legal and administrative tools, the Office has its own report that values ​​compliance with the objective of the aid as essential, rejecting excessive formalism and rigorism, and advocating rejecting the conversion of the formal defect into non-compliance.
The Edil de Reconstrucción explained that this service, which is located in La Merced, detected that claims were being presented under non-professional advice that contained serious errors and that, therefore, instead of helping the citizens, they represent a serious prejudice .

In fact they have verified the reliability and rigor of this municipal service and are grateful that the processing of their claims has been clarified.
It should be noted that to date the Office of Reconstruction has prepared 4,102 documents of multiple subjects to complete the files affected by the earthquakes and 7,213 trades have been drawn up that have been sent at the request of citizens.
The declaration of 926 ruins of real estate has been processed, in addition to 1,198 allegations, 809 discretionary appeals, 205 extraordinary appeals and 24 appeals.
