The Spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Diego José Mateos has asked that the consistory not only comply with the rule, but take it one step further and facilitate the consultation of ADIF projects to owners affected by expropriations of the AVE, and they will be advised in case of doubts.
For this, Mateos proposes that in the social premises of the affected districts, the neighbors can consult the plans and facilitate the presentation of allegations.
As it is known, on the 20th the BOE published the list of those affected by the expropriations for the construction project of the Murcia-Almería High-Speed Mediterranean Corridor platform, specifically those corresponding to the Lorca-Pulpí section.
As for our municipal area it affects the districts of Sutullena, Campillo, La Torrecilla and Almendricos, affecting almost 550 properties distributed among these districts, especially in La Torrecilla.
Due to the large number of affected, the remoteness of these to the urban area, the vast majority, and also there are many elderly people with problems to travel or go to the Internet, from the PSOE request that municipal staff travel with the material means suitable to the aforementioned districts to facilitate and bring closer to the neighbors the possibility of consulting the projects.
In addition, Mateos also requests that advice be given to those affected by legal or other doubts that may arise, and that neighbors can submit their complaints through the Ayuntamóvil or other means.
In this sense, Mateos hopes that the consistory will be sensitive to these requests and that the neighbors of Campillo, La Torrecilla and Almendricos may perceive that their City Council is close to them to facilitate this complicated process.
