The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of the City Council for the month of February.
The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes has been as follows:

Approval of minutes of previous sessions.
Approved unanimously.

On not holding full ordinary corresponding to the month of March.
Approved unanimously.
3-.
On partial modification of tax ordinances.
Approved the first agreement unanimously;
The second agreement was approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 2 votes against (IU).
4-.
On the conclusion of one or several credit operations with the financial entities determined by the ICO, charged to the Financing Fund for Local Entities, sharing the Economic Promotion Fund, designed to finance the financial needs that are necessary to comply with the execution of Final judicial sentence.
Approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 2 votes against (IU).

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group in favor of the integral burial of the railway as it passes through the city of Lorca, of the urgent convocation of the burial table and of transferring the majority feeling of Lorca's society before the burying of the railway.

Approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 votes against (IU).

Motion of the Municipal Citizens Group to study the electromagnetic exposure of the high and very high voltage lines found in the ALDI supermarket, as well as its displacement or burial.
Approved the first agreement unanimously;
rejected the second agreement by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 votes in favor (PSOE + IU + C's).

Motion of the Municipal Group Citizens on the creation of a commission of investigation that clarifies the economic destiny of the sale of the 146 tribunes of contrapresidencia of the Holy Week.
Rejected by 16 votes against (PP + IU), 1 in favor (C's) and 8 abstentions.
