The training asks the Government if it will maintain the aid provided for Lorca in the State Plan for the Promotion of Rental
Citizens has taken to the Congress of Deputies the situation of the historic center of Lorca and the possibility of carrying out in it a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Plan "to encourage their regeneration and repopulation."
The deputies Miguel Garaulet and José Luis Martínez have presented a battery of questions in this regard, emphasizing the aforementioned plan and the need to maintain aid to Lorca after the earthquakes in May 2011. "We want to know if the Government is going to maintain these aids within the State Plan of Promotion of the Rent, that includes actions of urban regeneration and renovation that we consider that the historical helmet of Lorca urgently needs ", has indicated Garaulet.
In addition, Cs congressmen are interested in the subsidies provided for the integral rehabilitation of buildings protected by their historical artistic value and ask the Government if it will include aid for single-family homes, especially in rural areas and in the old town.
Finally, Ciudadanos wants the Government to consider as Official Protective Housing those that are rehabilitated or built for families at risk of social exclusion, after a report from social services.
