Thanks to the development of the Flora project, improvements have been made in the municipal nurseries of Torrecilla, as well as in the area of ​​Las Alamedas, and on the southern slope of the Castle of our city.
The Councilor for Employment and Local Development in the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez, along with the director of the Employment and Training Service (SEF), Alejandro Zamora, have supervised this morning the development of employment promotion and training initiatives for unemployed Lorca that are being carried out by the Consistory thanks to the financing of the CARM.
It is, in particular, the Mixed Employment and Training GJ (Youth Guarantee) "Entrebarrios", "Flora" and "Lorca Eficiente", of which a total of 108 young people are benefiting with a global investment of 1,170. .008 euros.
These actions include the holding of training courses related to professional qualifications such as
Auxiliary operations in nurseries, gardens and garden center.
Auxiliary operations of rigid finishes and urbanization.
Auxiliary operations of assembly and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
Auxiliary operations in nurseries, gardens and garden centers.
Auxiliary activities in forest conservation and improvement.
Urbanization masonry pavements.
Decorative painting in construction.
Auxiliary operations of continuous cladding in construction.
Plumbing and heating-domestic air conditioning operations ".
Auxiliary assembly operations and electrotechnical and telecommunication installations in buildings.
Assembly and maintenance of domotic and inmotic systems
The program "Entrebarrios", entering into details, has the participation of a total of 31 students, unemployed young people Lorca under 30, assisted by 4 monitors (one for each specialty), in addition to an administrative assistant.
The project consists of theoretical and practical training for all its beneficiaries, who during the first 3 months receive a scholarship for attendance of 9 euros per day and the remaining 9 months, until completing the year, will be hired in training for what they will receive, 619, € 24 / month.
It should be noted that these programs began on March 31 of last year, and will remain in force until March 30 of this year.
The execution of these programs entails an investment that reaches 379,536 euros, of which 349,536 are subsidized by the SEF and 30,000 € are borne by the municipal contribution.
The Mixed Program of Employment and Training GJ "Flora", on the other hand, has a duration of 9 months, contemplating a theoretical-practical training phase.
During the first 3 months they will receive a scholarship for attendance of € 9 / day and the remaining 6 months will be hired in training for what they will receive € 619.24 / month.
Thanks to the development of the same have been able to make improvement interventions in the municipal nurseries of the Torrecilla, as well as in the area of ​​the Alamedas and the southern slope of the Castle of our city.
We must indicate that this course began in September 2018 and will continue until next June.
It entails a total investment of € 282,356.80
Lorca Eficiente, for its part, offers its participants extensive theoretical and practical training.
Student-workers formalize a contract in training, for which they charge the minimum inter-professional salary: 825.65 euros per month.
It began in May 2017 and remains in force until the middle of next May, assuming an investment of € 508,115.20.
Sandra Martinez has indicated that the Municipal Executive is committed to promoting the training of unemployed Lorca, while stimulating the movement of the labor market in our municipality with the challenge of consolidating the generation of new jobs that contribute to further improving the evolution of employment.
