In case it was a mistake, the Socialists will again give a new parliamentary opportunity for the PP to demonstrate, really, if it is with the residents of Calnegre Point and to save the town, or not.
The PSOE will request a copy of the files used for the pardon of the other 12 coastal cores.
The deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Marisol Sánchez Jódar regrets that the initiative proposed by the Socialist Parliamentary Group to pardon the town of Puntas de Calnegre not go ahead by the vote against the PP and the abstention of Podemos in the Congress of the Deputies.
Yesterday, a delegation of neighbors moved to the Congress of Deputies, accompanied by Diego José Mateos and Marisol Sánchez Jódar, to attend the debate on the proposed law not defended by the deputy María González Veracruz in the Commission of Agriculture, Food and Environment.
The Socialists lament that the Popular Party, with its indecision and with the incoherence of voting one thing in Lorca and another in Congress, prolong the uncertainty in which the residents of Calnegre have lived for years.
The PSOE, concerned about the situation of the residents of Puntas de Calnegre, will not cease their efforts and will once again give a new parliamentary opportunity for the Popular Party to rectify its position and show if, really, it is with the residents of Puntas and save the town, or not.
This March 21, the PSOE took to the Congress of Deputies a proposal not law to pardon the town of Puntas de Calnegre.
This initiative was aimed at the Government verifying if the town of Puntas meets the legal conditions to be pardoned, as were other 12 coastal cores that were "saved from the shovel" with the reform of law 2/2013.
From the PSOE insist that each and every one of the judgments handed down by the Popular Party to justify their vote against pardoning the homes of Puntas de Calnegre "are prior to the new regulatory framework of 2013", so that that new law, which served to pardon 12 similar villages, or even worse, should serve perfectly to give a legal solution to the town of the Lorca coast.
Since the PSOE insist that it is a question of "justice and equality."
The Lorca socialists still do not understand why, based on the current law of coasts, yes more than 120,000 homes were pardoned from other coastal areas and the 26 poor houses of Puntas de Calnegre were left out.
For that reason, from the PSOE they assure that they are not going to lower the arms and will go back to the Congress and "as far as necessary" to find a legal solution to the town of Puntas.
In this sense, they announce that as a next initiative, they will request that in the Congress copy of the files that were used for the pardon of the other 12 nuclei.
