The president of the Community, Fernando López Miras, attended today the traditional blessing of palms and the Eucharist commemorating the 'Entry of Jesus into Jerusalem' organized by the Paso Blanco de Lorca.

"Today is a 'white Sunday' par excellence in this beautiful city," said the head of the regional executive.

López Miras remarked that "today is a special day for Lorca and, therefore, for the Region of Murcia, where so much is our Holy Week," and encouraged Murcians and tourists to discover the uniqueness of each of the municipalities .

He also referred to 'Region of Murcia .. Legado Vivo', the great tourist project of the Community in 2018, to value the traditions and the cultural and artistic heritage of the Region.
