The PSOE regrets that the Government of Rajoy, with the approval of Gil Jódar, closes in band so as not to exclude the town of Puntas del Calnegre from the maritime terrestrial public domain.

The Spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Diego José Mateos ensures that the administrative concession for 30 years that Costas has offered to the residents of Puntas de Calnegre is a "kick to the ball" that does not solve the underlying problem, which is not other than the survival of the village.

This concession demonstrates, therefore, that the vote of the PP against the pardon of Puntas de Calnegre "was not an error" of the deputies of the Popular Party, but the example of what is the commitment that this party has for the survival of the town of Puntas.

The Socialist spokesman warns that this concession "not only does not solve the uncertainty of the owners", but "lengthens the agony and assures future generations that in 30 years they will encounter the same Damocles sword as their predecessors" .

Mateos regrets that the Government of Rajoy, with the complicity and approval of Gil Jódar, closes in band and gets stuck in not pardoning the town of Puntas de Calnegre, for not wanting to include it in the list of excluded towns of the maritime terrestrial domain , as it did with 12 other similar nuclei, among them, the Ampuria Brava or in which Marina D'Or is located ".

From the PSOE they assure that they do not conform with this concession, and they will continue, cost what it costs, next to the neighbors of the town of Puntas until obtaining the solution that these "they hope and need".

Mateos insists that the end of this neighborhood concern passes "yes or yes" to ensure that the town is included, definitely, in the annex of coastal cores that, unlike Puntas, were excluded.

To do this, remember that they will again present an initiative in the Congress of Deputies to re-apply for the pardon of Puntas de Calnegre.

In the same way, they maintain their demand to initiate, at the request of the City Council or the CARM, "file of exclusion from the maritime terrestrial public domain" and its "subsequent re-affectation" of the town of Puntas de Calnegre and to put an end to this situation.

Ensures that there is sufficient legal basis that would allow this "pardon" so, he warns, "we are at the mercy of the political will of the PP, which resists."
