Councillor for the Environment of the City of Lorca, Melchor Morales, announced that the municipal Limusa, in coordination with the Regional Union of Traders, has launched a communication campaign among its citizens in order to reduce the indiscriminate use of bags single use supermarkets usually delivered to bag the purchases.
Lorca is one of 24 municipalities assigned to the regional initiative, and the largest target population, with one in six residents involved.
The main objective of this campaign is to encourage the habit of recycling (in this case bags) and recycling (plastic bag once it has ceased to be useful to be deposited in the yellow).
