Titles of examinations at the University of Cambridge (11/11/2010)

Much has been said and written about the importance of learning English and may seem a trite topic, but it's true: learning English is important.

Possession and can not be treated as a luxury, but an obvious necessity.

In recent years the Faculty of IES Francisco Giner Ros has invested heavily in preparing our students in language skills through online education, more and more numerous, given partly in English.

To objectively assess the knowledge and training in the use of English, have created some objective evidence that the passing of which allows access to official qualifications as well as public recognition of the degree of language proficiency.

This test, which is equivalent to level three of the six-language school, called PET (Preliminary Inglés Test). This exam is inserted in the European Framework for modern languages created by the Council of Europe .

With this level allows you to speak fluently in everyday communicative situations both oral and written, for example, read simple textbooks and articles, write simple personal letters, take notes during a meeting.

About 80,000 people in over 80 countries each year make the PET exam and is a valuable qualification if you want to work or study abroad or to develop an international career.

On October 18 students 1 school collected the diploma examinations PET, corresponding to level B1, which held last May at the Campus de Espinardo. The ceremony was held at the Archaeological Museum of Murcia and was chaired by the Minister of Education of the Region of Murcia, as well as a representative of the University of Cambridge.

The results achieved by students have been excellent, receiving the congratulations of Counsel for his effort and dedication undoubtedly their career paths will open up national and European.
