Municipal program of alternative entertainment night Lorca, "Qdamos" started on 12 November the 1st phase of activities, which will run during all weekends until 18 December.
During this weekend, began the different courses, which will entertain and educate young people during these months, accompanying and usual activities, such as sheet metal workshops, games, jewelry, leather, karaoke and sporting activities in the San Jose City Hall.
The IES Ramón Arcas "took courses DJ's (intended to acquire knowledge about musical styles, equipment, components, work, application of tempo and rhythm for polished mixes live), Cinema (for young people with concerns film ), Radio Impacto (creating a radio program) and Latin rhythms (rhythm and dance to master these styles.)
Each course took an average of 27 young people, who stressed their satisfaction in these courses.
In the local Red Cross, was given the cooking course, where participants learned in this first session on the use and management of various tools for cooking.
The activities began at 21 hours, ranging up to midnight Friday and Saturday.
This is the sixth edition of Qdamos program, a program that began in 2006 and seeks, as its main objective, to provide alternatives to young people during the weekends.
The activities have been selected and organized by young people as part of the association of the same name.
Youth Councillor of the City of Lorca, Joaquin Ruiz, and coordinator of activities of the Youth Association of Alternative Entertainment Qdamos, Cristian Romero, have given this weekend, as the final push Qdamos program, which the young Lorca and begin to get used to, and part of its plans for the weekend.
Ruiz has highlighted the wide variety of sporting and cultural activities, which in this case exceed fifty and are all free.

These activities are complemented by the Campaign "100 reasons" to prevent alcohol and drug abuse in the town of Lorca, organized by the association itself next to the Youth Council of Lorca and the Department of Social Services, which began with the start Drive-up of the Huerto de la Rueda in the past month of October.
