A total of 33 people participated in the pilgrimage to Caravaca de la Cruz, organized by the Municipal Sports and Games the last weekend to mark the Jubilee Year.
Of these 33 participants, 29 people made the journey on foot, and 4 did run to complete the 70 miles between Lorca and Caravaca.
For those who decided to undertake the pilgrimage on foot, the output was taken on Saturday 4 at 11 am from the Plaza of Spain coming to the Jubilee City about 6 hours of the morning of Sunday 5, having made stops for supplies in Zarcilla Ramos and the Incarnation.
For its part, the riders started from Lorca to 16.30 to get Zarcilla around 20 hours in the day on Sunday began the journey at 6.30, arriving at the Ciudad de la Cruz at 11 am.
One time in Caravaca, all athletes participated in the mass of pilgrims to return to Lorca about 16 hours.
Despite these efforts, all participants enjoyed the route and hiking, without having to highlight any incident during the pilgrimage.
