The Multiple Sclerosis Association of Area III (EEA III) is organizing the First Photo Contest, under the title 'Images of an unknown reality' is intended to inform, through snapshots, the difficulties faced by patients and their relatives to the disease.
The deadline for submitting entries is now open and will end next March 29.
The contest rules are available on the website of the association: www.aema3.org
The jury, made up of people sensitized to the disease, will be announced on April 2 at the headquarters of the Popular University of Lorca.
The participants were also photographs in an exhibition that will tour the cities of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, Eagles and Totana.
III EEA spokesman, Antonio Garcia, has encouraged residents of Lorca and the region to participate in this contest is a way "to approach a little-known disease but it affects one in every thousand inhabitants."
EEA III thanks the sponsors of this initiative, collaboration, especially Eroski provide prizes for the winners.
