Among professionals, whose salary would be paid at 96% with the contribution of regional government (the city council would provide about 4% and materials of the works), would be top 5 officers of masonry, 10 officers from the second, 2 pawns, 1 officer carpenter, three painters, two blacksmiths, two electricians, a carpenter and a plasterer.
Ibarra explained that the way in seeking to improve infrastructure are the Artist streets Villanueva, the first and second phase of the Vélez Cabezo and Conquer part of the street, all in the neighborhood of Calvary.

Moreover, these construction professionals would perform different jobs in the Business Enterprise Centre of La Torrecilla and repair and maintenance of buildings and public areas of the municipality, such as, for example, social facilities throughout the municipality.

This program would take place from 1 October 2011 to May 31, 2012.
